What You can do for Autism!
It seems as though mainstream media has been increasing its coverage of Autism over the past couple of years, but still not enough funding is directly contributed to its treatment by the government or private contributors. This is the goal of our website! Help raise Autism Awareness. The more aware people are of Autism the more they will do something about it. They could call their Congressman, donate to a foundation, donate to a family like ours or volunteer somewhere. It breaks my heart when I see children such as my son Arek being looked down upon as "an unruly child". People can be more understanding and not judge the parent of a child with Autism. Do not Assume the child is misbehaving or the parent is bad. We are going out on a limb sharing our personal story with you so that you may benefit in some way. If you are or know someone who is Autistic then please feel free to share your story and see how much your personal experience may help someone else. We are challenging you to join the community effort so that Autism can be a disability with a cure and not just a huge puzzle that needs to be solved.
